• 2 prenatal visits to discuss birth plan and physical comfort measures for pregnancy, labor, and birth ​• 1 extra prenatal visit for birth trauma support (unpack your past traumatic birth experience and foster healing) • 1 prenatal visit with chosen care provider • Continuous emotional and informational support throughout pregnancy via phone, text, or email • On call 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after guess/due date • Continuous labor, birth, and early postpartum support • Early postpartum breastfeeding support and referrals if needed • 2 postpartum visits (Unpacking your birth) • Access to my lending library
